Filaments

ABS - S21 3D Printing Filament

ABS - S21

ABS copolymer is widely used in 3D Printing because of its universal combination of mechanical properties, i.e., it achieves a compromise between impact strength, stiffness, and breaking or bending strength.

  • Good insulating properties
  • High impact strength
  • High mechanical strength
  • High thermal resistance

ASA

The versatile filament, thanks to the increased adhesion between print layers and the low shrinkage of the material, allows you to print models without the risk of deformation after cooling.

  • Good layer adhesion
  • Resistance to UV radiation
  • Low shrinkage
  • High chemical resistance

PA + CF 3D Printing Filament

PA + CF

High quality polyamide filament. Carbon fiber reinforcement allows to reduce the component weight while maintaining high rigidity of the material.

  • High heat resistance
  • High tensile strength
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Higher rigidity and dimensional stability than PA12

PA + GF

Special glass fiber reinforced polyamide, so it shows higher strength, stiffness and dimensional stability.

  • Very high mechanical strength
  • Good electrical insulating properties
  • Higher thermal resistance
  • Low susceptibility to deformation
PA + GF 3D Printing Filament

HIPS

High impact polystyrene amorphous thermoplastic. A standard material offering ease of processing, rigidity and impact strength.

  • Easy to process
  • Resistance to impact
  • Suitable for food contact
  • Multi-purpose material (support and base)

PA - 12

Nylon, with considerable strength and stiffness, has unrivaled mechanical fatigue resistance among materials available for FDM technology.

  • High chemical resistance
  • High flexibility
  • Very good adhesion of print layers
  • High impact strength

PC

This polycarbonate is a transparent thermoplastic material with high rigidity and very high mechanical strength.

  • High impact resistance
  • Biocompatibility
  • Stiffness over a wide temperature range
  • Good electrical insulating properties

PC ABS

Combining the best features of PC and ABS gives the most optimal results. This translates into higher shape retention at elevated temperatures, among other things.

  • High mechanical strength
  • High temperature resistance
  • High impact strength
  • Resistance to UV radiation
PP 3D Printing Filament

PP

Polypropylene is used in many industries, e.g. automotive, medical and manufacturing, due to its high chemical resistance, high durability and low weight.

  • High chemical resistance
  • High mechanical strenght
  • Excellent layers adhesion
  • Non-toxic

PEEK

A high-temperature thermoplastic with properties that benefit biomedical applications and an outstanding mechanical property profile – also at high temperatures.

  • Great chemical resistance
  • UV resistance
  • Sterilizable
  • Heat resistance
PEEK 3D Printing Filament
PEEK + CF 3D Printing Filament

PEEK CF

PEEK CF with carbon fibre is one of the best filaments for FDM 3D printing. It is a combination of the characteristics of PEEK filament and carbon fibre, which increase the mechanical properties of the material – impact strength, tensile strength and bending strength by up to 20%.

  • High mechanical strength
  • Tensile, bending and creep resistance
  • Low coefficient of thermal expansion
  • Increased impact and creep resistance
  • Dimensional stability
  • Flame retardant

PET - G

A copolymer mainly known as a food packaging material. Due to the addition of glycol, the polymer is well suited for use in FFF technology, among other applications.

  • Resistance to UV radiation
  • High impact resistance
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Low shrinkage
TPU 3D Printing Filament

TPU

Thermoplastic polyurethane with its high flexibility allows for the production of precisely tailored parts and flexible components for mechanical systems.

  • High resistance to dynamic loads
  • Very good resistance to weather conditions
  • High flexibility
  • High resistance to cracking

FS11

Soluble support material for high-temperature PEEK, as well as other low-temperature materials, supports printing process optimization.

  • Solubility in an alkaline aqueous solution
